      The instore staff and the Customers

      Cons

      Upper Management stick together, do not trust them, if area manager doesn't like you or feel threatened they will find away to sack you. Pay not the greatest, bonuses taken away and never brought back, Supposed to be a kind caring company the only thing they care about is squeezing the customers.

      Pros

      Loved my residents, they made the terrible nightmare of being an Hsl employee worth it.

      Cons

      Downsides are that you are asked to violate fair housing when you know that you’re right and you’ve spoken to an attorney about it, but you were asked to violate for housing just to make the regionals look good and when you did and invoice your opinion, you get terminated
