Pros
HSL is a great company for individuals in the Tucson-area looking to get into property management. They train effectively and have a higher-than-most bonus structure that really pays off if you put the effort in. Upper-management can be tricky to navigate but all-in-all, my time with the company was rewarding and set me up to have a firm footing in the property management space after moving out of the area. Take care of your managers and they will take care of you. My direct boss was incredible and really guided me in the right direction in this industry.
Cons
HSL is growing rapidly and can sometimes fall short on upper-management's side. They often veer into the small-company operating on a corporate mindset narrative and this works against them when looking at overall company culture.
