      Pros

      Potential to be amazing. Salary Work/Life balance when remote and very flexible in regard to childcare etc.

      Cons

      Salary consistency across same positions. Muat be around 20k between lowest amd highest earner performing same role. Communication from the top down is almost non existent. Need to listen to the customer facing staff more.

      Pros

      Competitive earnings, great environment, amazing people and importantly the investment the company makes into developing people. Hss is heading in the right direction and continues to improve culture and listen to colleagues

      Cons

      My department is only 18 months old and with that comes lots of change. Some of which is good some of which the management team change their mind on after piloting. This makes this exciting but sometimes creates confusion.
