Great colleagues and people managers. Decent benefits. Physical office environment is nice. Central location.

No real development opportunities within the company. Under the new ownership I don't have much hope for the existence of HUB in the short to mid term, just look up the parent company Just Group on google to see the news articles. I spent a few years at the company and initially enjoyed it. However unfortunately certain elements of the businees have been poorly executed and the company continues to make the same mistakes over and over, focusing its efforts on half baked ideas. Some senior managers have no experience within management and this shows in how they treat the people in their teams.The enviornment is very toxic, and people are not happy across the whole office.

Certain managers and colleagues get away with the most appalling behaviour towards those they dislike or aren't part of their clique. Avoid like the plague
