Pros
Nice people, nice management, accomplishment recognition
Cons
I had such high hopes at this company; when I first started I had very little training, but was able to improvise and get past it (not everyone can do this and needs sufficient training). Everything seemed great at first, lots of verbal recognition for hard work and management seemingly cared about employees. If you're a hard worker, your workload will continue to be piled on. Lot's of weak employees that didn't know how to do their job or flew under the radar was not addressed, and the workload fell onto the backs of hard workers. Advised management for years with the inability to effectively do the job with the seemingly never ending workload increase, even provided solutions just to be flat-out ignored. Was working nights and weekend just to catch up. Nobody seemed to care how mentally drained the high performing employees were, no matter how much it was mentioned. "Thank you for bringing this to our attention, change is on the horizon" can only be said so many times. Pay raises were a joke, high turnover with lacking replacement, toxic employees were not reprimanded. Took a huge toll on mental health, which spills into personal life.
