Worst company I have ever worked for, the organisation is awful and communication is terrible, they regularly get pay wrong, this happens on a monthly basis. No respect for staff at all.

Pros

It was the worst job ever.

Cons

The managers are dismissive of difficult calls and allow you a grand total of 5 minutes when you deal with a difficult caller. So many of the managers are rude and talk down on you. Worst job ever.
