In their zeal to stay cutting edge, they are constanty rolling out new technological programs and it appears that they almost never beta test them. It makes agents extemely irritable. New agents flock to them because of their relentless recruiting campaigns. Almost none of them make it to the third year. Successful agents that work there would be successful anywhere but are not inclined to leave because management makes it extremely difficult for them to transistion to another company
