Pros
Co-workers were great, and are a group of dedicated people to work with.
Cons
Management is another story. They manage by fear and intimidation. Workers are in constant fear of loosing their jobs. This is not the way to motivate people.They are determinded to make Customer Care into a Call Center. They've got it headed into the wrong direction.
