Overall great mission working with the families.
Cons
Management is bureaucratic and does not care for employee retention. Worked over a year, asked for accommodations and they were given but with extreme passive aggressive remarks. Felt bullied by boss to come in for no reason during the pandemic. No wonder employees only last a year or two.
