Pros

Good Fellow Peers Good Pay and Benefits AI - First Company In-general is very good

Cons

Analysts Team's: -Extreme Micro Management in Analytics team -Leadership with no sense of technical understanding -Stakeholders dislike working with this leader of the team -Self-Initiatives are looked down upon and always very skeptic ; and when others do it, we are questioned why this idea didn't come from us -Full of unnecessary meetings and we are questioned where is productivity -Leader says yes to unnecessary work// operational work and then wanders why outcome is slow -Statements like "If no body else wants to do it, we can do it" -Entire team is really fed-up and looking out for a change - Promotions are delayed because of weird excuses - If you are interviewing, leader might appear very sweet - i fell for that too -reality hits within a week of your joining - experience it yourself - Company has started WFO - but with this leader, you are working your morning, your afternoon, your evenings, sometimes your night and weekends - Statements like "What the heck is work-life balance? I used to work 16 hours and on weekend when i was young" - Good luck with your interviews. HackerRank - Don't know why hackerrank is still stuck with this leader even after so much hatred and complaints against them

Pros

Harder and harder every day to find positives, unfortunately. Used to have a good work life balance, decent off-sites, great managers and co-workers. CEO is slowly but surely destroying the company culture and making it both a tedious and chaotic place to work.

Cons

RTO has cost the company a large amount of important and long standing employees, with no ability to replace them. US teams have been without EMs for 6 months - 1+ years, and are losing Product Managers as well.
