      -novice managers implementing Linkin skills that do not apply to their companies goals -feed you OneTeamHagerty propaganda but do not apply it to their own actions -majority of leaders are in positions due to popularity of the Michigan office and not actually qualified or fit for the role -they take supportive/constructive criticism as a threat rather a learning opportunity

      -Decent Pay - Work life balance -Good managers depending on who you get

      Cons

      -Can be micromanaged on lunch time and time on phone(If you are late to your own lunch, it will mess with your metrics) -Back to back calls in summer and hot winters -No time to breathers after calls, especially in busy season
