Many sweet time between employees. Snacks every Thursday. Gives chances to low experienced employees. Fair base salary. Nice HR department. Many marketing events.
Cons
Proposes fake resumes to clients. Scam clients with interns and junior developers advertised to them as senior developers. A middle level or senior level developer does the interview, but an intern or junior developer does the job (there comes the fake resumes). Most developers has too low salary in the long terms compared to other companies who offer 2 to 5 times more for the same skill level or amount of years of experience. Fires employees illegally, trying to scam those who are unaware of their rights. Scam interns so that they refund their internship compensation if they leave the company in the next 2 years of employment as training fee, although the training didn't last even a week. And the interns learnt most of everything by themselves. Really bad software development process. They claim to use the scrum and/or agile methodology but their hierarchical structure doesn't have anything to do with that, so many projects has too much delays and some are almost unusable.
