Pros
Staff has been encouraged (forced) by the "new leadership" to write reviews to positively reflect how great the company is now and support his new direction. My guess is that the "new leadership" has some type of corporate incentive or KPI to get Haier America from the worst rated company for this size business and make it better. However, since his take over the reviews just got worse. So when you can not get it done the correct way...... just manipulate the ratings for a nice chart for the next meeting with headquarters. Everyone has to be a Yes man to keep their jobs.
Cons
Losing business and customers like there is no tomorrow and there will not be at this rate. Haier America is missing the already reduced 2014 commitment badly and is trending even worse. The only question is that who will be blamed for the "new leaders" decisions and actions- I will give you one guess who will not take responsibility for it..... "the new leadership".
