Pros

None. Not the same company since new Executive Leadership took over Jan. 2019

Cons

Hain Celestial, once regarded as having great brands and great people is no more. Company losing constantly, now mostly due to poor leadership strategies and extremely lean resources. They do not invest in the initiatives that will actually grow the business and brands. Employees are no longer set up for success. It’s not the same company whatsoever. Roadblocks and contradictions galore. Changes and restructures constantly. Major turnover. Well respected and experienced employees are no longer valued, instead disempowered. A proven performance and track record are no longer worthy to Executive Leadership. Selling is considered a liability and instead of being rewarded, you will be reprimanded because products are too costly to produce and support. Most innovation gets canceled. Underdeveloped brand teams constantly changing are out of touch with customers. Seasoned employees are leaving or mostly being terminated. Leadership and mid level positions are almost exclusively a good ole boys club of former Pinnacle men. They have yet to prove their business intelligence to turn company around. Most are passive yes men to support an egotistical CCO who says One Team. It’s definitely a team of ONE, only the CCO. All smoke and mirrors, appalling what he has been able to get away with so far, yet has not advanced the company. The CCO is a complete embarrassment and lacks professionalism. Especially in the face of customers, he undermines relationships. Definitely a misogynistic culture, make no mistake about it. Overall, horrendous executive leadership team.

Pros

This company is full of very kind and intelligent people. I noticed right away that there is a very cooperative essence in most departments that I have interacted with. Most individuals work to support others and stay solution oriented. I appreciate that even with everyday challenges, there is not a tendency to throw teammates under the bus. Very refreshing.

Cons

For those with CPG experience, note that working with a portfolio of brands is very different and much more complex than supporting a single brand. This is not necessarily a con but should be considered as an additional level of knowledge and responsibility needed.
