      the only pro here is the pay and occasional snacks.

      Cons

      So many cons. The culture is terrible and the attention to diversity is embarrassing. Their retention rate is down the drain and they never keep employees informed. It is very divisive in the office and if you are new good luck finding people you connect with if you don't have to interact with anyone.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
