      Flattened hierarchy so communication with senior leaders is encouraged. Even with flattened hierarchy career path development is present.

      Cons

      Smaller company so financial support to compete with large CPGs can creat hardships. Natural brands are more expensive

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
