There was none. Everything was terrible.

When I was hired I was promised full time. Then when I started the manager at my location only gave me 25 hours a week. They don't give training, they just throw you on the floor and if you take too long on a haircut or aren't "fast enough", they treat you terribly. The Manager I had was a total creep, he would make weird comments to all of us girls and on top of it would take my tips sometimes. Then he would be outside smoking every 20 minutes so the salon smelled terrible. He wasn't professional at all. He would even talk about drugs and doing drugs with the clients. I was done with that place the day he came back from lunch and reeked of drugs and wanted to cut a little boys hair without washing his hands. When I went to my district manager, nothing was done. Then two weeks later I had one of the owners asking if I wanted my job back. They're a total joke. Will always tell people to stay away.
