Pros
none- people take the job because the per-visit amount, salary, and mileage reimbursement seems good- but when you look at the actual time worked- on call, constant "redo" of paperwork, talking to the office because of mistakes- it's not worth it.
Cons
The managers are literally never there- if you need something, you get routed to phone lines with no voicemail. Turnover is high, everyone in the office is always stressed or out- and everyone tries to stay out of the way of a few people that are terrifying. The schedulers and managers talk bad about all the staff- and everyone seems to hate working here.
