for freshers this company is good only for learning purpose .
Cons
for freshers there is 3 year bond and for experienced 1 year bond.. and if you take any increment then your bond will renew again.. they will take your original document and will give when they release you.... no job gaurantee... they can fire immediately without any notice within single day.... work pressure too much.. leaves are less.. no good policy.. they never care about employee health.. u need to stay late night as well..
