      -Compassionate and responsive management -Work never gets dull -People are passionate about books and media -Customers are usually very upbeat and cheerful -Strong emphasis on customer service -Great discounts on books and media

      -POS system is a little outdated -Slow to adapt newer technologies for organizing/pricing books

      Pros

      Great coworkers. Get quarterly bonus checks. Not a super hard job.

      Cons

      Mangement is kinda iffy and they really require you to do a lot more work than you're paid for.
