      Year-round job is the only thing.

      Cons

      Poor management Lazy site supervision Exhausting Hours and forced to work while tired. The company does not care; we are a necessary evil to them.

      Pros

      They work with all schedules and the supervisor is very understanding and works with your schedule great for me because I’m a fulltime student.

      Cons

      Your on call 24/7 when you do work so the hours are scattered
