      The dispatcher role itself is extremely easy

      Not much growth potential in the company. In regards to income. Honestly I am surprised how anyone survives and keeps a roof over there head

      Pros

      They work with all schedules and the supervisor is very understanding and works with your schedule great for me because I’m a fulltime student.

      Cons

      Your on call 24/7 when you do work so the hours are scattered
