The pay for the work, is very good, compared to other kitchen work around the city. There's great people to work with and nearly everyone gets on
Cons
The only major thing that I believe makes this job unbearable is the management. It's so poor from top down. It seems like they just don't care about anything going on around them, unless it affects them directly
