Most of the employees have been with the company for many years. Employees are compensated fairly. Overall an excellent, long established business to work for.

Really, the only downside I can think of is it's retail, so the hours are long and if you're in sales, you must work weekends and holidays. But that would be true for any major appliance retailer.
