Pros

Halverson Group is a team of brilliant, compassionate professionals from various backgrounds (research, psychology, design, marketing, analytics), joined by a common desire to deliver innovative, game-changing insights driven by real, accurate data. A family owned company, where your voice is heard regardless of seniority, offers endless opportunities for career growth if you are proactive, self-motivated and unafraid to forge your own path. Diligence, hard work, resourcefulness and commitment to excellence will be acknowledged and rewarded.

Cons

The flat organizational hierarchy, which some may find liberating, may be frustrating to individuals who are most comfortable with a highly-structured, guided career path. Your success will depend on your ability to maintain flexibility in your work and communication style, as each project and client will challenge you to strategize, collaborate and problem-solve a little differently than the last. Tight timelines, cross-training and frequent travel may be tough for some.
