Management could benefit from better communication and transparency. you get to draw for a job. your group mates are your work buddies, they are in the same boat as you so no politics play. Pay is good only if you know how to negotiate your way.

you take directions from people that did not come from the same field, ie, Art director that has no industry experience. art director has a " you are either with me or against me" attitude when it comes to asking for opinions. The company always says look after your mental and physical health but if you take too many sick leaves or if you cant work as fast as you used to due to deteriorating health(back and hand strain or just having bad mental health days) you will be labeled as lazy. if you are the slowest in you team, upper management will see it as a skill set issue and try to find ways to make you work faster, even though its a labour intensive job and everyone does the same thing, that is to draw and animate.
