This place has a bad reputation and it's well deserved. there's no support for the nursing staff: CNA's , LPN's or RN 's. If someone calls off and they can't replace it then you just work short and patient care suffers.
Cons
This company switched from Genesis over to Panacea Healthcare a few months ago and all their long time employees lost all of their vacation time (hundreds of hours ). The new company is just as bad as the old one.
