Money was good, but thats about it.

If they want to recruit you to for a catering company called Mahoney Catering, to work in care homes, stay away. Hamilton Mayday is wonderful but Mahoney Catering, who they also recruit for, is the worst place I worked for. Young company, already went through 6 chefs in 18 months, boss has anger and alcohol issues and treats staff worse than dogs. Promise you things, but never deliver. Company owned by wife and husband, who don't have a clue how to treat their employees. They fired every one of their chefs for no good reason. On top of that, the agency will try to sell you the job saying you will be working with 2 qualified chefs. Lies. Wife has never been a chef, only cleaner and the husband once owned a pud. Neither of them know how to cook properly. In all my working career, I have never met two people who are this evil and lie so much.. So yeah, STAY AWAY FROM MAHONEY CATERING.
