Amazing! Everyone in the entire company is helpful and caring.

Commissions are a little lower than other companies BUT the bonuses and pay more than make up for it!

Hostile, unsupported environment with no work life balance. Management would avoid escalated resident/prospect situations and leave staff to handle them alone. I was falsely accused of writing a review without proof. Benefits were mentioned but I was never enrolled, and my bonus was discussed inappropriately. Continued contact after leaving felt unprofessional.
