We are disappointed to hear that you feel that opportunity only extends to senior management, as our career development programmes are open to all and we are actively encourage progression within the business, with a growing number of senior management having started their careers with us in junior roles. We are working hard to make sure everyone who works here has the opportunity to fulfil their potential and we have recently launched Talent Central our colleague learning portal and performance development review portal.
