My experience - Sales Hampton Forge Employee Review

We would like to apologize that you have had such a negative experience that it has made you skeptical of our recent positive reviews from current employees. Regarding your theory of the lack there of a gradual increase of stars, I'm sorry to say it holds no merit. As said many times in prior postings, we have nothing to do with any of the postings (negative or positive). People have their own opinion and ways of seeing things. Your negative review affects our ratings as well as the positive ones. The only thing we can do is address them (as you pointed out). You must be aware, reviews are done independently by choice from either former (like yourself) or current employees. Glassdoor would never allow false reviews which is why we have to accept you are in fact a former employee (as you posted). These positive reviews posted are from current employees of whom we are blessed with having teams of professionals and we value them. With this team they have created several successes in business supporting Sales and continue to make us proud.
