The pay is decent and some people get a company vehicle, phone, and laptop. It's a place to make good money if that is all you are after. Plenty of opportunities to gain work experience in all construction fields.

No retirement benefits, too much micromanaging within. No communication, management takes to long to provide you with necessary up to date equipment to properly perform your day to day tasks.
