Decent enough - Administrator Hamptons Employee Review

- only had a 2% salary increase in 4+ years outside of job promotions. If you have a promotion they class you as then not eligible for a normal increase as you had an increase… regardless that it’s due to promotion. - very corporate and doesn’t care enough about feelings and emotions - happy to give more and more work load but not take and shift things or even understand that the higher workload means more stress - state certain things are part of advertised and contract role… but it’s not detailed in job advertisements or in your contract either
