It's easy to work for HanaByte because they're focussed on growing their talent instead of their company. They understand that investing in their talent already is an investment into their company's growth. They put employee branding on a pedestal as an integral part of our company branding which is wonderful! They also put a high level of emphasis on working to live life fully instead of simply living to go to work everyday and that's been a wonderful change!
Cons
Being a cybersecurity company, there was a learning curve to be better familiarized with cybersecurity concepts. Luckily being well versed in cybersecurity is basically a life skill that we need in this technical age so it's helped me be smarter online in general. But it was definitely a hard learning curb as a non technical employee.
