Not many scheduled collaborative meetings. Not all employees participate in the offered KUDOS program.

Flexible hours, good coworkers. The therapists are amazing.

Management. The expectations are unreasonable. Everything is very micromanaged. If you’re not passive enough and they don’t like you they will get rid of you for no reason. Not a team environment.
