Pros

Remote working from your home

Cons

You are paid minimum wage during your initial ‘training’ of 3 months, of which the first 2 weeks is excellent, but then after this you are answering calls & working with little or no training, but still paid minimum wage ‘because we are doing all the hard work training you’!! Have always been paid a ‘normal wage’ whilst training, as you are putting in equal hard work learning. You feel very much an outsider to the regular team. You feel like you have to apologise all day for booking things with sometimes not all info, things you have not been trained in. People are let go with no notice, in seconds you could be out of a job, with no reason, other than the contract not being renewed (people are hired as ‘self-employed’) with no reasons. feedback given. You have worked hard, asked for training, but ultimately if two employees who have worked their the longest think your face doesn’t fit, then sadly, despite all your hardworking dedication, you are out
