Cons
-Sales team constantly make promises to customers within an unreasonable time frame that docent match to the reality of the existing work load the warehouse team already has.
-Constant mismanagement and office politics by middle management and sales team caused the entire warehouse team to quit within a 3 month period.
-Warehouse staff to work ratio is untenable with sales / mid management expecting 2 -3 people to be able to handle a national level workload in one state that would normally be handled by 4-5 workers to the size of the warehouse.
-In the event of an employee quitting, Management will add the work load onto other employees that are already stretched thin rather than hire replacements to avoid employee burn out.
-Management will expect you to work still even if you break your ankle, This happened to a contract driver where the sales team was more concerned with delivery of goods rather than the driver who's ankle was broken.
-Overall middle management / sales team have little concern for anything bar their sales numbers over your mental or physical health, with the expectation that one employee will handle the workload of five without the pay to match the reality of the responsibilities involved in operating a warehouse.
