      Pros

      Great for highschoolers and people who dont need lot of hours. decent part time job. as a cashier, the work isnt too hard

      Cons

      unprofessional, bad benefits. Favoritism and slack on managements part. many of the associates do not take the job seriously, and corporate tends to push on the associates rather than pay attention to customer needs.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
