Can’t really Blame them since they are not happy either. * Merrett raises have gotten so small or nonexistent, you could literally quit and get rehired at a higher pay rate * HR is a complete joke * If you are male and have a female store manager; be prepared to get both harassed, sexually harassed and have both HR and the “speak out” network laugh at you. * If you express your concerns, be prepared to get a negative review. * Asking for your employee file results in them trying to convince you otherwise. You will get it though. ITS THE LAW. * Can only get a “Meets Requirements” at best in reviews. * Only 2 day bereavement for close family members. (Full timers only)
