Pros
Good business flowing in. Big company worldwide and growing in USA so it has good potential market to capture.
Cons
No Training Procedure!! Bad working culture, causing dependability and no sharing of knowledge. Many employees can't talk, write or read in English causing difficulties to communicate. Using Google translate every time you communicate is not efficient way of working. Same is the case with every supplier and vendors. Some managers behave autocratic while some are really talented. Managers lack leadership skills, no training to managers.
