Pros
There is literally no pros. I am not making this up. The only pros that they have is they feel like they're God by giving you salary for the work that YOU do.
Cons
Everything from work life balance to compensation to employee benefits (there's none) to even basic hygiene in the office. This office is temple for cockroaches, bathrooms not cleaned properly and canteen is next to the ghetto of cockroaches. Its inhuman here!
