Pros
The people there are friendly. For most depts, its a relaxed environment. Schedule never really varies.
Cons
Pay is low. Raises vary between 1-3%. Typical for banking. But effects non-banking jobs as well. Some managers are incompetent. There is department favoritism, so moving up is only available if in one of those areas.
