Decent insurance plan, people that work on the shop floor.
Cons
Crazy expectations; cannot figure out how to keep supplies coming in; do more with less; no bonus, crappy pay raise, shop floor is expected to pick up the slack due to the short comings of the rest of the company; will work the hell out of you with no compensation; management only cares about getting product out the door, everything else is a second thougt; says they want to change but does not act on it; QC/Engineering is a huge joke; scared to moderinize facility.
