Terrible Company - Manager Hansons Employee Review

Fired more than half their staff during a pandemic while they were bonusing other employees. Act like they care but would run you over with one of their trucks if it could save them a buck. Treat their employees like worms with no say in the matter. They always say they have an “open door policy” but I know of 2 people that had SEVERAL HR complaints against them but nothing was ever done. Don’t work here unless you want to sit in constant fear of listing your job.
