      Health Plan is excellent Manager's Pay is reasonable Great Customer Base with room to grow Customer Loyalty Stand behind labor laws

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism Lack of leadership Lack of actual training Constant fear of termination at any time for no reason Advancement used to be possible, not so much now as they hire in people from the outside with no knowledge of products or even tools in general Sketchy locations

      Management has changed. Store is in chaos. I've been there nearly 4 years and I'm very unhappy with some management.
