Decent pay starting in management. Some flexibility in scheduling. Benefits and bonus potential.
Cons
No support from Area Manager and above. Typical retail.....Expect maximum output with bare minimum resources! Expected to hit daily promotional goals without using creativity....getting creative can get you fired there without any ligit reason or explanation from HR. CYA at all times!!!! High turnover. Upper management only notices those who are buddy buddy with them, not those who are the best at their job.
