Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are always grateful to receive feedback from our hardworking team and we are also grateful for your hard work. One of the ways we demonstrate our gratitude to our Associates is by providing them with competitive compensation to support their lives. We review the wages of our retail Associates three times a year by comparing them with the market and minimum wage, and we also review them once a year during the annual performance review. We do our best to stay ahead of the minimum wage and we do not pay at minimum wage. We also review the wages of surrounding retailers to determine the need for an increase in current wages. If you have any concerns, we encourage you to reach out to your HR partners. Thank you for your continued hard work and we are glad to have you on the team.

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
