Good - Research Associate Harbor Health Systems Employee Review

Fast paced fun company, some good technology, and great coordination and support from business management

Some bad managers - but they have left the company ;) Also conflict with the parent company in Florida.

I've been here for a while and lived through the time where we had several layoffs. We haven't had layoffs in several years. I really appreciate the flexibility and work/life balance I have here. I like my manager and my co-workers. The toxic people that were here, left a long time ago and I can honestly say, I enjoy all the people I work with. It's a small team, but everyone works well together and everyone here is friendly and genuinely wants to help you. I'm glad I stayed past the turbulent times because it's a really nice place to work now.

We are fully remote so we lose that face to face time. We don't have that many in-person events.
