      Salary/Benefits, Travel Comp, Good location and office space.

      Cons

      Cliquey staff, Unreachable HR (ran by single person) and horrible onboarding for new-hires. You are unfortunately in (worked there since founding) or out (hired for 2-3 years then turned-over), few opportunities for growth or cross-training.

      CEO takes company on all expenses paid weekend once a year

      Cons

      Low pay, semi toxic immature environment, sell equipment to allow companies to work from home but won’t let employees work from home, majority of the people that work here are all connected and been working here for 20+ years
