Its a great company to work for until they realize your not in the click.
Cons
If your not part of the click or in a certain group you wont be there long. Also there is partially discrimination if your Caucasian. Also not only that but besides having to be in a click there's so much favoritism even if you do a good job it doesn't matter. Also if you don't but lunch or give sodas to the supervisors your also considered an outcast. Also there is so much fraternization it;s not funny. For example regular employees hanging out and supervisors and managers houses. As well as going to the gym and doing other activities and also snitches and liars. Do one thing wrong and some one will snitch and then take off the next day so they so they don't get confronted. Also they try to make you look unstable if you try to communicate with them about what happen and try to report them or talk to someone higher.
